I am a Business and Exercise/Sports Mind Coach and Training Provider and I am based in Plymouth.  My coaching and training has its foundations in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) whilst using a wide range of other material to meet your needs 

I have provided training across Europe and in the Middle East as well as coaching to clients in the UK.
